Fusion

Fusion is a functional fitness class designed to give you a full-body workout and strengthen the muscles you use in your yoga practice! Think pilates-inspired movement, squats, planks, and variations of push-ups. This mat-based class features circuits and reps of bodyweight exercises to develop functional movement patterns while working up a steady sweat. Everything is low impact and choose your own adventure intensity, with lots of options so you get to feel strong!
